According to the 2021 Teacher Spending survey, on average, teachers spent $750 of their own money on learning materials each year, with 30% of teachers stating they spent $1,000 or more. Why are teachers having to pay more and more out of pocket for classroom materials? And how can teachers get the supplies they need more efficiently?
